: Customer Service Specialist (India) Your scope of responsibility: \xc2\xb7 Manage customer orders from inception to delivery and through the entire order-to-cash cycle in India \xc2\xb7 Ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes and orders in compliance to company\xe2\x80\x99s policy \xc2\xb7 Monitor and manage backlog. Liaise with customers and 3PL for delivery arrangements & requirements \xc2\xb7 Working with Finance team on payment issues and follow up on payment and credit release \xc2\xb7 Maintain database (e.g., Sold To/Ship To, etc.) accuracy and data quality in SAP \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain effective working relationship across functions to meet and / or exceed customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements \xc2\xb7 To perform other duties as assigned Your professional profile: \xc2\xb7 Meticulous with a positive attitude \xc2\xb7 Must possess strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Outstanding team skills paired with an entrepreneurial attitude \xc2\xb7 Excellent English language and other local languages are advantageous \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in SAP system \xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, with knowledge and experience in shipping procedures Our Offer
