Know more about us: https://www.1mg.com/aboutUs Brief about the Team Customer Service team is responsible to assist users with their queries, issues, and concerns. They address the customer-s inquiries, provide support with orders and deliveries, assist with product information and recommendations, resolve complaints or issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The team is reachable through various channels, such as phone, email, or through WhatsApp. The customer service team closely works along with our consumers to provide the best experience and end-to-end services to them. What will you do: . Customer/ Patient Support: . Responding to Patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints via various channels such as phone, email, live chat, or social media. . Assisting Patients with placing orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and answering product-related questions . . Identifying and addressing their issues, complaints, or escalations, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring patient satisfaction. . Coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex problems and proactively finding ways to improve the overall customer experience. . Customer/ Patient Feedback: . Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience. . Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate patient insights and contributing to the development of new features or services. . Maintaining records of patient interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in internal databases or customer relationship management (CRM) systems. . Generating reports and insights on customer trends, feedback, and satisfaction levels to drive continuous improvement. . Product Knowledge And Customer Education: . Maintaining a deep understanding of the products and services offered by Tata 1mg, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare devices, wellness products, and other relevant categories. . Providing accurate and up-to-date information to patients and assisting with the products/medicines based on their requirements, as suggested by their treating physician. What we are looking for : . Graduate with 1-3 yrs in Customer Service . Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting. . Candidate from Healthcare is preferred .
