Role Summary (Purpose: why this role exists?) The FSR will manage, guide and provide engineering and administrative expertise to ensure smooth operations of integrated technologies like DAF, PUF, SWRO, BWRO & MB plants by meeting set KPI\xe2\x80\x99s in accordance with the O&M manuals, terms of O&M service contract with clients. Have regular interactions with both internal & external stakeholders on timely manner to ensure the continuous availability of all plant equipment at all times. FSR to lead O&M team and ensure set operations within budget allotted for the plant Efficient plant operations and team management. Reporting of plant operations of set frequencies (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually) to both internal & external stakeholders Should have hands-on experience on the operations of PUF, SWRO and MB units Coach guide the plant team for running the plant operations efficiently with maximum output on the agreed EHS standards, quantity and quality. Maintain healthy equipment status -both on Mechanical & Electrical front for ensuring 100% plant availability. Ensuring safety of the team and driving 100% compliances towards EHS Ensuring zero LTI at site. Vendor management Driving profitability by on time billing and cash collections and executing the operations within the allocated budget. Manage HR related compliances and audit requirements Ensure compliance to all HSE regulations and procedures Collect, develop, manage, and maintain all relevant plant and equipment documentation. Prepare the PM schedules, CM and BD maintenance planning\xe2\x80\x99s in accordance with the standard procedures and work closely with the lead Maintenance manager at HQ. Complete the assigned WO on time
Qualifications
Educational Qualification Diploma Chemical/Mechanical/ Environmental B.E./B Tech./MSc. Experience Required (Min \xe2\x80\x93 Max year) 5- 8 Years of relevant experience working as a site leader/plant manager at Desalination plant. Key Skills required (must haves \xe2\x80\x93 certifications/ know-how) (This is the most critical requirement as the candidate will be evaluated based on these skill sets. Please incorporate 3 or 4 (max) must have skills/competency and 3 good to have competencies) Good technical knowledge on the equipment operation like PUF, RO and MB. Have experience on O&M of complex water treatment plants Knowledge of operating High pressure operating systems Fluent in spoken and written English Good analytical competencies Read and understand PIDs and technical diagrams and drawings Skills on writing SOPs and RA and preparing the reports Should have Good communication skill Time management, planning & team player. Key behavioral competencies Flexibility due to the nature of work demanding the presence at site Acceptance to work in a multicultural team environment Should be inclusive and take initiatives in optimizing the cost of operation. Should possess problem solving attitude. Compliant with Ethics, honesty, credibility. Good communication and interpersonal skills
