The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relations, analyzing sales and marketing data, and assisting with project management. The CRM Specialist will work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail Excellent Communication skills Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Project Management skills Experience with CRM software Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Industry experience in automotive, agriculture, construction, defense, railway and commercial vehicle industries is a plus
