FIRSTSOURCE (MALAD) is now hiring dedicated individuals for the following roles: 1) SKY TV HELP - Broadband Voice Handle UK Inbound calls related to Sky Setup box queries and upsell products as per client requirements.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, objection handling expertise.
Work Schedule: 2 days rotational off, 24*7 shifts.
Eligibility: HSC freshers/Graduate freshers (Experienced candidates must provide necessary documents).
Salary Range: 14K to 18K net with performance-based incentives. 2) Lloyds Webchat - UK Banking Process Engage in UK Chat process with 24x7 shifts and any 2 offs.
Eligibility: Graduates or HSC with 24 months of experience (17K) / Graduates with 1+ year of experience or HSC with 36 months of experience (22K).
Documents Required: Pan Card, Aadhaar Card, and one additional Govt ID proof, along with all experience letters. 3) Affirm - Banking Customer Service Process Handle a mixture of calls, emails, and chat based on volume and requirements.
Requirements: Mandatory 6 months of international voice experience.
Work Schedule: 24*7 shifts.
Eligibility: Candidates with relevant international voice experience.
Salary: Competitive package of 35,000 with additional performance incentives. Benefits: Performance and Sales Incentives (Sales amount not disclosed).
