Job Description


We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Service Representative who will be a part of a fast paced, diverse work environment where you take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with internal and external customers. In this job you will work with customer based in the United States while working with an internal team spread across the globe. This is a complex job that requires excellent communication and organization skills. Your primary responsibility will be creating sales quotes but you will be expected to take appropriate ownership to resolve issues throughout the quote to cash cycle. A clear set of priorities and expectations for the job and the company provide a framework for you to innovate new ways of meeting customer needs. MAIN RESPONSIBILITES: This is Japanese or Intermediate Level of Korean language expert position. 1. Individual contributor responsible for timely execution of pre-defined tasks in Japanese Language. 2. Work with the point of contact for the internal global colleagues & Scheduling Co-Ordinators. 3. Responsible to escalate any potential issues to predefined internal contacts As part of this team, Agent is responsible for predefined tasks such as: 1. Logging calls for PM and all different kind of parts activities and extend support wherever the SC & FSE\'s need help. 2. Following up with Optimizers to get the status of the Scheduling. 3. Help the FSE & SC with the service confirmation details 4. Close looping with other teams to get the response to the end customer on time and ensure customer satisfaction 5. Help the FSE & SC with the service confirmation closure tasks. 6. Order Parts for FSE This role requires, sense of responsibilities, quality in work delivered, flexibility and very good English communication skills both verbal and written.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor\'s Degree from recognized University. 2. Good command on English (Written and Verbal) 3. N2 Level of Japanese or Intermediate Level of Korean language certification. 4. Requires sense of responsibilities, quality in work delivered, flexibility and very good English communication skills both verbal and written. May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typically 2-4 years relevant experience for entry to this level.

Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.
