Descriptif mission Reporting to the Customer Services Team Lead, the successful individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of Customer Care for all R&O activities. This will include liaising with the Customer and all internal departments and systems directly related to this process. Emphasis is on attention to detail, accuracy and Customer Service is crucial. SAFRAN LANDING SYSTEMS recherche :

• University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Superior organizational and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate several projects at one time with aggressive deadlines
• SAP experience an asset
• Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
