Looking out for candidates who can join Immediately, Voice Process. for Domestic English + Kannada, English+ Telugu speaking Candidates, International process only English Freshers salary 16k to 21k + Incentives.One day Interview Process,...- .easy selection..2022 freshers can apply..For more information Contact HR Dhanush @ 9513644110 Roles and Responsibilities : - Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.- Inform customers about new features and functionalities- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams- Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills- Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred- Candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.- Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.- Should be open to work in Night shifts / Rotational Shifts.- Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree are not eligible- Responsible for dealing with Domestic & International Clients Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.
