: Candidate should have good hands on Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, etc...) Langauges Required: English, Hindi, Gujarati Should have good expereince in email corrdination, Email Drafting Candidate should have good listening skills He/ She will be responsible to draft at least 5000 - 7000 emails per month. A CRM plays a critical role in ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the real estate company. This involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring that customer needs are met.
