Job Description

Responsible for all client's documentation like welcoming the client through calls and email and helping them to getting onboard by providing all the basic information to them regarding stamp duty registration process, GST, TDS and all other charges details. Sending Allotment letter, Payment Receipts, Buyer agreement, issuing Demand Notes/Reminders cancellation letter, stamp duty letters, Bank NOC etc. Attend existing client. Accepting application form for new booking and ensuring that the booking form is logged in and the welcome email sent to the client. Constantly talking to defaulters and understanding the problems and putting forwards the case to the management if required. Providing timely updates to clients regarding the project status. Well versed with the process that provide accurate documentation to client for their transaction. Well versed with the registration process and formalities at registration office helping client to get Bank sanction at the earliest then after stamp duty payment, preparing the challan for registration through our agent, executing the registration and then helping them to complete disbursement formalities by getting all the documents prepared like NOC, ROC, Demand letter payment receipts and architect certificate. Prepare set of APF with bankers. Providing timely updates to client regarding the possession of the apartment, separate data for problematic client. Initiate the interest recovery process from defaulters. Get authorization from the accounts department on the same.
