Customer Relationship Officer/ExecutiveLocation: Bhilwara, RJ/Navi Mumbai, MH
:Candidates from Agri background preferred. And for Executives, Freshers are also welcome, but should be Bachelors or Masters in AgricultureManager Exp (3-5 yrs min)Executive Exp (0-2)Marketing executives oversee many aspects of a campaign throughout the entire lifespan of a product, service, or idea. As such executives are likely to have a great deal of responsibility early on and will be required to manage their time and duties themselves. These responsibilities can include:\xc2\xb7 Collecting and analyzing customer data
\xc2\xb7 Using CRM systems to manage relationships
\xc2\xb7 Developing new ways to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs
\xc2\xb7 Handling customer complaints
\xc2\xb7 Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives
\xc2\xb7 Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers
\xc2\xb7 Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience
\xc2\xb7 Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
\xc2\xb7 Coordinating internal marketing and an organization\xe2\x80\x99s culture
\xc2\xb7 monitoring performance and periodically report of working
\xc2\xb7 managing campaigns on social media.
\xc2\xb7 Digital and online marketing
Skills:
\xc2\xb7 Computer skills \xe2\x80\x93 Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
\xc2\xb7 Excel expertise at least \xe2\x80\x9cIntermediate Level\xe2\x80\x9d is required.
\xc2\xb7 Should understand International Business Management.
Communications:
\xc2\xb7 Excellent English knowledge is a must.
\xc2\xb7 Must be fluent in communication \xe2\x80\x93 with strong oral and written communication skills
