Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Experience 4 to 5 Years
Salary 25 to 30k
Listen to customer\xe2\x80\x99s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Heading CRM department for Recoveries and getting the legal drafts of Agreement/Documentation through the Legal Department.
Ensuring all recoveries are timely, giving timeline & target for recovery to team.
Close coordination with Internal and external agencies like banks etc.
Managing CRM team reporting/ updating daily reports team recovery. Support & cooperate team for any difficulties.
To have a proper reporting system and review mechanism to check whether the department is achieving the targets of payment collections as per the payment schedule post Booking of Flats, Shops, Offices,etc.
To perform any other duties given by the Management.
Should know ERP Software.
Looking after Disbursements from the Bank as per Construction stage.
Doing Agreement of Customer.
Should know to approve Project & Construction Finance.
Maintaining Project MIS Reports.
Taking regular follow-ups for payments from the Customer.
Experience 4 - 5 Years
Salary 3 Lac To 3 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
