We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager that shall take ownership of the customer relationship and be responsible for ensuring the correct and proper delivery of Customer Support services as specified in the contracted support agreements with Ericsson\xe2\x80\x99s customers. The Customer Project Manager is always responsible for Customer Business Execution and the complete delivery of Customer Support Services for the specified customer(s) & is responsible for the financial and commercial as well as environment, health and safety (EHS) performance of delivered customer support services. The technical development is rapid, and you are responsible for continuously keeping your competence and skills up to date. Working as a CPM will require a broad knowledge within telecom and Datacom, covering both hardware, software and network knowledge. You will work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to Ericsson. The role more than often requires you to take on big responsibility and it is important that you can work independently.
You will:
Secure customer contract fulfillment
Handle Customer Relationship & needs
Secure CS financial performance
Drive AoS & new business opportunities
Follow SWS/VAS process, models & strategy
Follow HWS process, models and strategy
To be successful in the role you must have:
Minimum 9-15 years of relevant experience and must have exposure on Ericsson 2G/4G and/or 5G RAN Nodes Configuration and Software Upgrades.
Software Upgrades / Updates exposure of RAN Nodes is must to have.
Telecommunications knowledge e.g. telecommunication networks, RAN 2G/4G/5G concepts.
Understanding of Network Architecture, Call Flows and Protocols
Good knowledge of service networks/ service applications characteristics and capabilities.
Good knowledge of Key service performance indicators and their interpretation.
Good Understanding of Software Upgrade Process of RAN Nodes (BSC/ E-Node-B)
Multivendor skills will be an added advantage
Should be well versed with 5G Network / Architecture
