This role is based in our Bangalore office and offers a hybrid working arrangement.
Responsibilities
  • Communication of payment options and processes to customers.
  • Management of member queries relating to our agency process.
  • Assisting in implementing agency procedures under guidance.
  • Reviewing customer cases to determine appropriate solutions.
  • Assisting in responding to and managing queries from external agencies.
  • Collaborating with the team to gather and relay information requested by agencies.
  • Liaising with 3rd parties in relation to our agency process.
  • Handling customer inquiries and escalating complex issues to senior team members.
  • Maintaining accurate records of agency agreements and queries.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with standards.
  • Contributing ideas for process enhancements and helping in their implementation.
  • Assisting in identifying areas for improvement.
  • Participating in training sessions to understand relevant policies and query handling.
What you\'ll need to succeed
  • Around 1 year of customer-facing experience, both written and voice.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English language
