We are hiring "Customer Operations Executive" for one of the UK based online marketplace which offers a refreshing new way to search for and order fresh, authentic, and healthy home-cooked food.!!!

Position: Customer Operations Executive

Below are details of the role:

  • The customer operations person will work alongside both internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient UK operations
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner over chat/email/phone
  • Proactively call customers to resolve any issues with their deliveries
  • Proactively call chefs to resolve any issues with their pick-ups
  • Manage stock levels, and ensure deliveries are dispatched on time through our 3rd party logistic supplier
  • Manage the working relationship with our suppliers
  • Monitor deliveries and hold our logistics provider accountable for any delayed/missed deliveries
  • Act as the operational contact between local operations, suppliers, and the last-mile delivery companies
  • Good communicator in spoken and written English
  • Able to work during UK business hours in a shifts
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in operations support roles.
  • Strong computer skills required
Shift Timings: * 2pm Shift
  • 4pm shift
