We are hiring "Customer Operations Executive" for one of the UK based online marketplace which offers a refreshing new way to search for and order fresh, authentic, and healthy home-cooked food.!!!
Position: Customer Operations Executive
Below are details of the role:
- The customer operations person will work alongside both internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient UK operations
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner over chat/email/phone
- Proactively call customers to resolve any issues with their deliveries
- Proactively call chefs to resolve any issues with their pick-ups
- Manage stock levels, and ensure deliveries are dispatched on time through our 3rd party logistic supplier
- Manage the working relationship with our suppliers
- Monitor deliveries and hold our logistics provider accountable for any delayed/missed deliveries
- Act as the operational contact between local operations, suppliers, and the last-mile delivery companies
- Good communicator in spoken and written English
- Able to work during UK business hours in a shifts
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in operations support roles.
- Strong computer skills required
- 4pm shift
