Responsibilities1. Customer interactions across all inbound and outbound channels - voice and non-voice (chat, email, social)2. Acknowledging and resolving customer queries3. Improve customer satisfaction with a passion to create customer delight4. Tracking customer experiences and ensuring proper escalations of complaints (if any)5. Achieve the set defined KPIs and KRAsWhat we are Looking for1. 0-3 years of relevant experience in Customer Support2. Must be conversant in English and Hindi(mandatory)4. Process discipline and process orientation with High analytical skills3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills4. Flexible to work across shifts5.
