JD for process :
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing information about our products and services.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns or complaints, demonstrating empathy and understanding work to resolve issues to the customer\'s satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of service appointments and communicate updates or changes to customers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and follow-up communications using our CRM system.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or automotive technology preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software, MS Office suite, and internet research tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially when dealing with difficult or irate customers.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate customer needs and service schedules.
  • Passion for automobiles and a genuine desire to help customers with their automotive needs.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and always representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
