Hello, Greetings for the day !!! Tridat Technologies is hiring \'Partner Care Manager\' for one of the IT based international MNC @ Mumbai !!! Position: Partner Care Manager General Summary: The Partner Care Manager is responsible for leveraging a deep business and industry knowledge to partners to help them accelerate business value and ROI from their investment with ConnectWise. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to drive retention and growth in our partner base. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provides support to the cross-functional team(s), with a high attention to detail Researches, analyzes, and documents findings May coach and review the work of other team members Interface directly with partners to resolve complex technical and relationship issues Works with the extended Partner Care team to resolve complex partner issues and escalations Develops, analyzes, delivers, and reviews operational reporting with internal stakeholders Identifies operational improvement opportunities and develops programs to improve them Works closely with internal departments to understand the needs of the partner and ensure the teams are closely aligned Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required: Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision Advanced knowledge of applicable work area Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per partner requirements Ability to analyze data using various tools Knowledge of Salesforce and Gainsight Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills Advanced knowledge of complex IT concepts and systems troubleshooting Excellent organizational skills Ability to manage, prioritize, and multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic team environment, adapting as the situation dictates Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while under pressure Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations: Bachelor\'s degree required in a related field or equivalent business experience 7+ years of related experience Working Conditions: Onsite working mode 80% shift starts from 3pm 24*7 rotational shifts - 5 days working Thank You & Regards, Shraddha Kamble HR Recruiter
