Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction in the car service provided by the Maruti Suzuki Service Center.Capturing of the customer complaints through the customer feedback system.Addressing those customer complaints within the stipulated turn-around-time.Ensuring that the customer complaints are resolved within the stipulated TAT.Ensuring the maintenance of Customer Satisfaction Index Score.Update and maintain all records relating to customer satisfaction surveys.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
