Job Description




Role Description
This position is for a leader who will be responsible for operation of BEA service Team in Chhattisgarh, Odisha, West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand. He will be responsible for handling all OES customer in the region, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve business growth & profitability. He should be able to handle escalations (both technical and commercial), critical situations and continuously improve performance/productivity

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong customer centric approach through customer rapport, experience and skill that will ensure strong customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a win-win relation with customer and project Thermo Fisher as a valued partner.
  • Achieve business commercial goals and plan continuous business growth with improvement in productivity.
  • Adhere to Thermo Fisher methodology and improve processes that will lead to lower wastage of resources and ensure high productivity.
  • Communicate openly with Team to achieve maximum execution clarity.
  • Co-ordinate with Technical Support Team to improve service-technical deliverable, manage warranty support and technical training
  • Ensure customer is satisfied with the performance of our instrument and the intended operational goal of customer.
  • Work closely with Sales Team / Supply Chain and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Participate in implementation of process improvement initiatives associated with customer centric service operation.
  • Maintain and update all necessary records related to the customers.
Qualification
Candidate should be Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics / Instrumentation with minimum 75% marks in aggregate.

Candidate should have minimum 7-8 years of experience in handling OES instrument
Skills & Knowledge
  • Candidate should have necessary technical skill to successful provide technical support to customer. He should be technically competent and have skill set to handle products and customers.
  • He should have strong communication skill to handle both internal and external customers.
  • Candidate should have experience of interacting and managing customers\' expectations, especially in Cement and Metal industries.
  • Candidate should have experience of revenue & booking forecasting.
  • The position requires extensive travelling and should be ready to travel in a short notice.
  • Knowledge and experience of installation, commissioning and maintenance of computer controlled high cost analytical instruments like XRF, XRD and OES instruments.
  • Strong product knowledge. Candidate should also have updated statutory AERB regulation requirements to guide the customer / team during procurement and disposal of X-ray tubes.
Experience
Candidate should have experience of working in Metal Industries.
Process knowledge of metal like Steel, Copper and Aluminum will be added advantage.
Candidate should have experience of planning and execution of installation and commissioning of
high cost Proficiency in latest computer hardware and software is essential.
