Job Description
Customer Handling. Attending 100% Inbound calls & ensure 100% resolution of customer queries. Responsible for resolving Customer complaints (internal and escalated) within the stipulated time. Understand cause of Customer complaints conduct gap analysis & suggest counter measure actions. Responsible for database cleaning to support retention achievement, campaign and service measure completion. Responsible for analyzing the CEI scores on monthly basis, Identify low score areas and initiate improvements in conjunction with Head Sales. Support CRE's and work out plan for their development. Team Management i.e. motivating the co-workers to raise their benchmark & increase their abilities & efficiency. Inculcate a spirit of Customer centricity within the organizationAutomobile Dealership Experience required.Minimum experience 3 years.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per monthSchedule:
