Responsible for database cleaning to support retention achievement, campaign and service measure completion. Responsible for analyzing the CEI scores on monthly basis, Identify low score areas and initiate improvements in conjunction with Head Sales. Support CRE's and work out plan for their development. Team Management i.e. motivating the co-workers to raise their benchmark & increase their abilities & efficiency.
