• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
• Taking care of assets on proactive manner
• Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns
• Installing and configuring software, hardware
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
• Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.
• Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
• Taking care of tickets and working as per priority.
• Handling VIP users
• Team handling exposure
• ITIL process awareness
• Mentor & guide the team whenever required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
