Job Description

Process Name: Outbound ProcessResponsibilities:

  • Communicate with Calls
  • 200+ calls daily
  • Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
  • Resolving customer complaints, service issues and queries.
  • Providing detailed information to customers.
  • Negotiating the terms and conditions with the customers.
  • Maintaining healthy relationship with the clients.
  • Offering exceptional customer service and taking feedbacks.
Desired Qualities: Clear communication skills, product and service expertise, ability to use positive language, persuasive speaking skills, effective listening.Experience:
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • A fresher can also apply
Job Type: Full Time Work From HomeQuality requirement:
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Open to 200 outbound calls daily
  • Maintain Call connectivity above 55%
  • Quality to maintained above 85%
  • Open to Rotational shift and Rotational Off
Technical Requirements:
  • Windows laptop with (Windows 7 or above), Ram (4gb or above)
  • High Internet Connection with Speed more than 10mbps
  • Proper Electricity with backup like inverter or generator.
Language Requirements:
  • Candidate should know Hindi and English both
  • Candidate should know minimum 2 regional languages
