This is a remote position. We are a gig platform, startup and need people who can zoom up the sites demand generation.
We are looking for a demand generation specialist with at least 5 years of experience in generating qualified leads for B2B SaaS products or technology solutions,
Online marketplace, e-commerce (B2B) services company through multiple marketing initiatives such as paid performance campaigns, outbound email and/or ABM campaigns, lead nurturing, affiliate marketing, etc. You will be the first hire for this team and will be expected to define the charter as well as grow this team independently.
Should be Target Oriented, and have the fire in the belly to build a business from scratch, we need people who want to a part of the journey to create a Unicorn.
The team is completely Remote Work but eventually we may get to work at one site as things become better.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals
Design & implement our paid marketing strategies across multiple channels such as search, display, affiliates, etc.
Leverage marketing automation and lead management tools to streamline, automate and measure all demand generation initiatives, tasks and workflows.
Measure all demand generation initiatives using appropriate analytics tools & collaborate with the other marketing functions to optimize landing pages, lead-gen forms, content/ad copies, scripts, etc.
Examine correlations between lead generation activities, revenue, and budget
Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition
Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying
Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation.
Requirements
Candidate should be someone who has supported the growth of a B2B SaaS or technology solutions organization in a marketing lead generation role during their early growth phase (0 to 1000 customers.)
3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ABM, affiliate marketing & lead nurturing for a B2B SaaS or technology solution, Online marketplace,
e-commerce (B2B) services company.
Consistent track record of meeting various lead generation targets such as cost per lead, conversion rates, time to convert, revenue per lead, etc. across multiple marketing campaigns & channels
Working knowledge of handling campaign budgets, forecasting, and reporting results
In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, re-targeting, social network advertising, content distribution, placement networks, etc.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
Knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem (Nice to have)
