The Events and Activation Manager is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing events and brand activation campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and management skills, as well as a creative mindset to develop innovative and impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and target audience.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to create innovative and effective activation concepts.
Work closely with account managers to align events and activation strategies with overall marketing goals.
Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling event themes, visuals, and collateral.
Collaborate with PR and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging and media coverage.
Develop comprehensive event plans, including budgeting, timelines, and logistics.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless execution.
Oversee event setup, management, and post-event evaluations.
Manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Analyse post-event data and feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Provide clients with comprehensive post-event reports and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning and brand activation, preferably within the advertising or marketing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
