OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
To help brand achieves it's corporate social responsibility goals by creating and implementing CSR activities in accordance with relevant Companies Act, and CSR Policy of the Company
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Developing & executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
2. Streamline CSR documentation process, handle project progress and evaluation reports, institutional reporting, audit related documentation, impact assessment etc
3. Setup an effective CSR ecosystem to identify projects aligned with the CSR Policy of the Company and ensure effective and timely implementation of CSR programmes aligned with sanctioned objectives.
4. Create programme successes stories, case studies, presentations & management reports of partner NGO for various internal & external stakeholders.
5. Ensure appropriate CSR reporting and disclosures including drafting of CSR Agenda, CSR minutes, CSR contents of Annual Report etc.
6. Raise awareness on projects and organizational commitments towards CSR, both internally and externally through CSR communication strategy & prepare communication collateral
7. Build the volunteer ecosystem / programme for existing CSR projects for employees, clients & distribution to bring alive CSR objectives
8. Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives in the geography and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders
9. Be the custodian of Kotak Life brand & ensure all communications are compliance approved and aligned to group marketing guidelines
10. Keep a track of budgets and expense, competition activities & ensure full adherence to SoP

u Ability to execute the project through NGO
Preferable-
u Working with CSR team of big Corporates & Groups of companies, working with NGO as programme manager
