Any Specifications Need candidates as per Vedanta Academic criteria:

Educational criteria :

- Minimum 60% and above in all academics No gap in education activities (only one year allowed either between 12th & Graduation or graduation & Post graduation)

- No gap in employment is preferred.

- Female candidates only.

- Work From (Office/Home/Hybrid) Office (6 days working in a week)

- Sourcing Key Works Rural Management; community relations; Annual CSR Business plan; CSR projects;

- Expected time of closure 14 Days

- Who will be an ideal candidate ( Account Manager comments) An MBA / PGDM (Rural Management) with 3-5 years of relevant experience in leading the overall community development vision for the organization by being a strategic partner to the Management

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

- To lead the overall community development vision for the organization by being a strategic partner to the Management.

- Maintaining community relations across all location of Runaya Group by understanding their needs and conducting / driving activities as per Business requirement.

- Preparing annual CSR Business plan and driving it as well as monitoring the impact assessment.

- Preparing and leading the annual CSR calendar and socio-economic program.

- Mobilize government and non-government organizations across location to increase the outreach of CSR projects.

- To maintain cordial relations and timely addressing and redressal of community related issues in order smoothly run the operations.

- Mitigate business risk through effective stakeholder management.

- Ensure advocacy for with media, elected representatives and bureaucrats at different levels
