Manage all online related customer support inquiries and providing an exceptional experience to our clients across different channels including Website, Calls, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp & E-mails

Timely communication to clients by Whatsapp, telephone or email conversation with a focus on customer service, relationship building and sale conversions

Call existing customers and close the issues, if any, in coordination with the sales team

Collecting customer requirements and user feedback to share with the team * Develop a personalised communication strategy for our clients to ensure they have a seamless experience right from order query to placing the order and order being delivered to the client

Evaluate digital journeys across channels in order to improve conversion Timely communication with all online market places like Ajio,Nykaa,Myntra,Tatacliq,Amazon,Meesho
