Job description As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the front line of communication between our company and our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media promptly and professionally. \xc2\xb7 Listen to customers\' concerns, questions, and feedback, and provide accurate and helpful responses. \xc2\xb7 Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. \xc2\xb7 Investigate and resolve customer issues, such as product or service complaints, billing inquiries, or technical problems. \xc2\xb7 Follow company policies and procedures to address customer concerns efficiently. \xc2\xb7 Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. \xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information and assistance to customers. \xc2\xb7 Gather customer feedback and suggestions and communicate them to the relevant departments. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the team to identify trends in customer inquiries and work on improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
