Job Title: CRM Support Engineer Years of Exp: 1 - 4 Years Location: Chennai
Enquiry Management:
Manage the request for quotation (Request For Quotation (RFQ) & Bill of Quantity (BOQ)), common mailboxes of PRM MEA, Register in CRM (Customer Relationship Management tool), & Send acknowledgement of the RFQs and assign to the inside sales team.
Monitor and keep up to date the PRM MEA Sales Intelligence Dashboard and reports (RDSL, PDSL, TAT, Hit Rate, Win Rate, etc)
Follow-up with outside sales, as required to keep up accurate data and facilitate for productivity
Data and Document Management
Crate a repository of commonly used documents, certificates, Key customer standard specs, and credentials
Retrieve files as requested by the Sales Team and manage the flow of documentation within the organization
Maintain Price List Records, Global and local agreements & LBP agreements
Maintain and update PRM onboarding and training materials, policy and process related instructions and collate all relevant document in a common place for easy access.
Support outside sales team for renewing vendor registration, new factory/facility approval registration, new product approvals, etc
Internal communication:
Coordinate to publish success stories, newsletters and PRM events in internal portals with management approval
Crate a repository of success stories, strategic wins & supply history
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or equivalent)
Proven work experience as a Document Controller / Admin or similar role
Knowledge of Regulators, Pressure Relief Valves and process industry
Ability to speak Arabic and French will be an added advantage
