Job Title: CRM Support Engineer Years of Exp: 1 - 4 Years Location: Chennai

• Enquiry Management:
  • Manage the request for quotation (Request For Quotation (RFQ) & Bill of Quantity (BOQ)), common mailboxes of PRM MEA, Register in CRM (Customer Relationship Management tool), & Send acknowledgement of the RFQs and assign to the inside sales team.
  • Monitor and keep up to date the PRM MEA Sales Intelligence Dashboard and reports (RDSL, PDSL, TAT, Hit Rate, Win Rate, etc)
  • Follow-up with outside sales, as required to keep up accurate data and facilitate for productivity

• Data and Document Management
  • Crate a repository of commonly used documents, certificates, Key customer standard specs, and credentials
  • Retrieve files as requested by the Sales Team and manage the flow of documentation within the organization
  • Maintain Price List Records, Global and local agreements & LBP agreements
  • Maintain and update PRM onboarding and training materials, policy and process related instructions and collate all relevant document in a common place for easy access.
  • Support outside sales team for renewing vendor registration, new factory/facility approval registration, new product approvals, etc

• Internal communication:
  • Coordinate to publish success stories, newsletters and PRM events in internal portals with management approval
  • Crate a repository of success stories, strategic wins & supply history
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or equivalent)
  • Proven work experience as a Document Controller / Admin or similar role
  • Knowledge of Regulators, Pressure Relief Valves and process industry
  • Ability to speak Arabic and French will be an added advantage
