Job Description
We are looking for candidates with an experience of 2 - 4 years who can be a part of our DaeBuild CRM Implementation & Support team. The CRM Implementation & Support executive would be responsible for :-
- Implementing the ERP / CRM software
- Training and post-implementation support
- Providing post-sales technical support to customers
- Testing of features
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints/queries
- Fixed shift
- CRM implentation & Support: 1 year (Preferred)
