Function - Credit Operation Job Purpose: This role entails primary responsibility to review the customers' credit evaluation and assessment results and proceed to the accurate and timely update of their credit limit at the relevant systems, so as to support the effective management and execution of the credit application process. The roles bearer must assist the credit operations team to ensure seamless customer service. Roles & Responsibilities: Help implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and provides instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Provides the required information as requested from all the available systems regarding the customer accounts credit limit profile Inform relevant teams regarding any potential change in the customer credit limit status, to support the accurate administration and management of the credit applications and customer accounts Ensure timely and accurate reporting and maintaining of requisite documentation Provide insights from latest market trends and research Support operations and credit teams to provide best in-class service to the customers of the bank Be abreast with latest developments in the BFSI sector Educational Qualifications: Graduate - Any Post Graduate - MBA Finance Experience: 3+ Years preferably in credit operation
