Knowledge of provider credentialing and contracting
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in submitting provider credentialing applications
Excellent computer skills including Excel & Word.
Plans and prioritizes the work order to meet deadlines.
Excellent customer service skills; communicates clearly and effectively
Job Responsibilities
Maintain Up To Date provider & group information needed to complete payer credentialing applications.
Maintain internal trackers to ensure all information is accurate.
Update and maintain all provider\xe2\x80\x99s CAQH profile periodically
Handle all Credentialing requirements for new providers and re-credential existing providers
Coordinate with clients/billing staff to identify and resolve issues
Keep the clients updated on the progress
Maintain accurate provider profiles on CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and CMS databases
Other duties as assigned.
