- Knowledge of provider credentialing and contracting
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in submitting provider credentialing applications
- Excellent computer skills including Excel & Word.
- Plans and prioritizes the work order to meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills; communicates clearly and effectively
- Maintain Up To Date provider & group information needed to complete payer credentialing applications.
- Maintain internal trackers to ensure all information is accurate.
- Update and maintain all provider\xe2\x80\x99s CAQH profile periodically
- Handle all Credentialing requirements for new providers and re-credential existing providers
- Coordinate with clients/billing staff to identify and resolve issues
- Keep the clients updated on the progress
- Maintain accurate provider profiles on CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and CMS databases
- Other duties as assigned.
