Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience within a creative agency working across both traditional and digital campaigns for consumer brands.
  • 5 years of experience with offline creative development with video/static production teams and media planning/measurement.
  • 3 years of experience in digital and mobile marketing, and developing/executing campaigns.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience establishing presence within creative ecosystem industry.
  • Knowledge of creative ecosystem, its culture, language, and challenges.
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously, and follow through with virtual team members to achieve group and individual business goals.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage several projects at once with minimal direction.
  • Ability to lead client relationships to develop business and cross-agency/skill transformation projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You'll have relationships in the creative ecosystem, and understand commercial workflows. You're comfortable working as an individual contributor, believe that the creative industry is at the cusp of transformation and are willing to lead that for Google across India, working with our Product Specialists and Ignition Labs teams.

The Marketing and Creative Solutions teams inspire, consult, mentor, and partner with our advertisers and agencies to help them develop digital solutions, in-house capability, and creative excellence. Our goal is to shape the ways technology is used by brands and to accelerate change across the creative ecosystem. As a Creative Partnerships Lead, you'll work with agencies and production organizations to enable them to build impactful creative assets on digital.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the creative ecosystem has the creative intelligence, training and commercial motivation to transform their craft, driving performance for advertisers.
  • Evolve everyday relationships into high-engagement creative intelligence partnerships to drive Made for Google development by embedding Google's insights and intelligence into the agency creative process, identifying skill-gaps and filling them through appropriate training, supporting on lighthouse briefs, and building incremental growth opportunities for the creative ecosystem.
  • Structure and implement creative intelligence programs to inspire and equip the creative ecosystem such as creative agencies and video production houses along with Google Marketing, represent Google's creative voice at industry forums and establish a community of advocates.
