Role Purpose: In the current external candidate market, we face unprecedented competition for talent. Highly skilled diverse talent is in short supply and demand is high in every global territory. To operate better and support sustainable growth, we need to build out our LSEG Employee Value Proposition (EVP), creating powerful Employer Brand solutions and build impactful Partnerships to attract the talent to meet our ambitious growth plans here at LSEG. As an experienced and passionate Employer Brand SME, you will work collaboratively with our recruiters to identify skills/positions/geographies where we need to develop and execute innovative Employer Brand and Talent Attraction campaigns, to help us stand out in competitive talent markets, build our brand position and drive engagement and applications to opportunities at LSEG. The role provides a significant opportunity to support our business growth ambitions and success through helping globally to articulate and communicate to target audiences, the LSEG employment proposition for senior/specialist hires across online, social media and traditional attraction channels in the many countries we operate in across the world, through strategic campaigns and initiatives. You will also lead on all global Partnership relationships LSEG engage with to attract suitably skilled, diverse talent, including our Preferred Supplier Lists (PSL) of global recruitment agencies. A key ambition is to directly connect with and attract target talent and both significantly reduce our reliance on 3rd party agencies globally and increase diversity at shortlist stage.Key responsibilities: Create and execute specific attraction ad-hoc and/ or on-going Employer Brand campaigns designed to specifically target thetalent required in country or by skill/ sector Define and implement group wide, local in country and divisional approach to senior/specialist Employer Brand and Talent Attraction campaigns/strategies Drive employer brand awareness campaigns using multiple channels, including, but not limited digital, social media and outdoor marketing Project manage the end-to-end creation and execution of the employer brand creative and multi-media campaigns Support active management and engagement with candidates using social media Create clear metrics for success for channels and track and report on these Monitor and measure the success of our employer brand presence and campaigns to ensure we are optimising and proactively, driving the highest ROI Ensuring alignment LSEG brand design and tone and voice Engage and inspire outcome driven partnerships with specialist third party suppliers such as creative and media firms Activation of campaigns across business lines, with active engagement of business leaders and colleagues Trusted advisor to TA on brand campaigns designed to attract target talent Trusted advisor to TA, HR, cross-functional teams and Business on appropriate use of social media e.g., provide training on the best use of profiles and networks Proactively manage and sustain our supplier partners to achieve ROI, cost effective sourcing as required Accountable for managing the LSEG PSLs of recruitment agencies and executive search agencies - ensuring all our key suppliers provide a flawless candidate experience and have diversity and inclusion at the core of their service proposition. Work in partnership with colleagues in Procurement to ensure commercial relationships are cost-effective and deliver value-add. Facilitate and conduct supplier review meetings and commercial contract reviews, in partnership with Procurement. Leadership responsibilities: As an individual contributor, this role does not have any people leadership responsibilities Skills, KNOWLEDGE, and capabilities required: High degree of Employer Brand and Talent Attraction SME experience High degree of online/social media literacy. Skills and experience of driving innovation and optimising/engaging via social channels for talent attraction e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Glassdoor, Twitter Strong digital marketing hands on experience High degree of project management Experience with and knowledge of multi-geography attraction campaigns Vendor management Business partner liaison experience Analytical approach - able to analyse data to identify the most insightful and useful and, capability in using data visually to story-tell making complex information easy to understand for users Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management across all levels Organised and structured working approach Ability to influence and develop pragmatic solutions Accountability - owning the plan and deliverables - goal orientated HR Systems experience - ideally Workday Good communicator Experience and passion in relation to forming meaningful and long-term partnerships which promote LSEG as a great place to work within broad and diverse candidate pools. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and takes a pragmatic and proactive approach. NB Global hour flexibility is required in relation to working hours for this role.
