Role : Head – Brand & Communication- Vice President
We are looking for strategic, data driven and digital experienced Marketer with an innovative mindset to lead the Brand, Social Media & Strategic Alliances. Key Responsibilities: Brand:
Design, lead and execute the brand & communications strategy to strengthen brand, build on brand equity, create the pull and deliver customer acquisition, business and engagement goals.
Enhance brand presence across all digital platforms for enhancing brand reach and recall resulting in increase in market share
Lead the team to plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns for brand and events charter. Develop, run, and analyse high-growth, 360-degree clutter-breaking, innovative campaigns across multiple platforms with an emphasis on data-driven decisions.
Responsible for end-to-end execution of campaigns from agency briefs to creative development, media planning, campaign execution and measurement.
Social Media
Own the social media strategy which includes content creation, ORM, & monthly calendars
GTM - Campaign development, plan, execute and deliver basis set KPI
Drive and ensure building engagement for the company on social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, forum and blog. Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community.
Strategic Alliances
Work closely on strategies and directions for Alliances & Partnerships that would amplify business
Develop a deep understanding of value creation from an alliance. Critically analyse go/no-go decision for an alliance
Manage end to end partner relationships - conversation, negotiation, contracting and execution
