Job Title: Project Manager Reports Line: Senior CRE Project Manager Role Overview/Purpose In this role you will work within the Flutter Development and Delivery Team managing innovative workspace projects. You will work directly to the Senior CRE Project Manager to deliver projects within the region. The team is responsible for managing projects of different sizes and objectives globally and this role will focus on the Asia projects and ideally based in either Hyderabad or Delhi. Flexibility to travel will be necessary as you will be participating in projects across India It would be preferred that you have some knowledge of Workspace function and familiarity of projects, it is necessary to work well in a quick paced environment with ability to focus on detail. Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day progress of assigned projects Manage relationship with the lead contractors on site, arrange and host meetings as appropriate, ensuring actions are tracked and closed out Keep track of all key milestones and ensure any risks are communicated to the CRE leadership & Workspace teams Liaising with Flutter teams to ensure requirements are captured and expectations managed. Reporting the progress of all assigned projects at regular intervals to the CRE team Track expenditure against the set budget and flag risks to the Senior CRE Project Manager Participating in the selection of vendors and contractors; input to the specification, terms of contract agreements and ensure work is completed satisfactorily. Monitoring the performance of contracts to ensure compliance with applicable specifications. Keep project plans current and ensure all documents are stored appropriately on Sharepoint Managing changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans alongside the rest of the team Managing third party contributions to the project - self delivered elements. Ensuring purchase orders are raised in a timely manner and expected delivery dates noted and followed up on Ensure key milestones are communicated appropriately to the Senior CRE Project Manager Desired Experience & Skills. 5+ years working as part of a project team or in Workplace operations Ability to multitask and manage several workstreams Knowledge of budgeting and reporting Excellent administration skills and strong attention to detail Proactive problem solver. Experience of working with vendors and managing a contractors. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office with a good working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint Ability to handle confidential information with care.
