The Role

What\xe2\x80\x99s the role? As the CR Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Internal Comms you will be responsible for the development and implementation of communications programs that impact employees across locations in India and to drive employees\xe2\x80\x99 alignment with strategic priorities. Employee engagement & building an employer brand would also be an integral part of the strategy and objectives. Further roles and responsibilities:

• Develop an integrated branding and communications strategy to connect employees and leadership to the organization\'s vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Create corporate literature, establishing the brand image of Shell, developing stakeholder branding and communications plans for HR, and managing internal communications plans
• Streamline printed and online literature to establish Shell\'s brand image and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and create scripts for corporate audio-visuals as needed
• Develop and manage stakeholder branding and communications plan for HR, including employee engagement initiatives and branding Shell as an Employer of Choice
• Write, edit, and publish regular newsletters from the country chair to all India employees
• Develop an internal communications plan, including newsletters, intranet stories, employee engagement agendas and align internal communication messaging with external announcements by working with the Strategic Communications Manager
• Contribute and provide support to Shell stakeholder programs, including employee volunteering activities, town halls, and business engagement programs
• Ensure local employee communications plans align with business priorities by collaborating with CR colleagues supporting businesses and build the social media profile of senior leaders of Shell on platforms like LinkedIn to position them as subject matter experts

What we need from you

• Ability to travel frequently and work in Bangalore
• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, with expertise in content building
• Proficient in creating content across various channels and formats, with a deep understanding of their strengths and weaknesses
• Experienced in executing communications during major change/transformation programs
• Potential to lead and manage sizable communications teams
