Department Description CPO Change & Innovation is responsible for driving change and innovation within CPO. This includes ensuring we prioritise the right initiatives to drive forward our people strategy and meet the needs of Fidelity\'s global businesses, and working closely with a broad range of solution providers including Technology, Business Change, and Process Simplification teams to ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and embedded. Purpose of the Role CPO is responsible for delivering a wide range of change initiatives to meet the needs of Fidelity\'s employees and global businesses. These can include global programmes that enhance the employee experience, drive diversity and inclusion and develop our culture, as well as regulatory initiatives, operational transformation programmes, and small scale enhancements that improve the way we operate. The purpose of this role is to provide business analysis support on initiatives across the CPO Transformation portfolio as well as support the change management workstream on the Payroll Transformation programme, throughout its journey from initial idea through to delivery and the realisation of programme benefits. This will cover the planning, design and delivery of the change management, communication and training strategy, alongside any stakeholder management, business analysis and operational readiness activities. It\'s a crucial role, and an opportunity to be part of something new that will include involvement with a number of strategic change initiatives. The role requires someone self-motivated and pro-active, with strong analytical skills who can clearly articulate concepts and findings. Key Responsibilities Providing business analysis support on a variety of CPO change initiatives, whilst ensuring alignment of changes to the CPO people priorities and strategic roadmap Support the delivery of the change management workstream on the Payroll Transformation programme and other key initiatives within the CPO Transformation portfolio, including all the stakeholder management, communication and training deliverables. Conducting change impact analysis and assessments on individual ideas/initiatives and at a CPO portfolio level, to ensure the highest value outcomes are identified and delivered. Supporting CPO Product Owners in backlog refinement, business analysis, prioritisation and sprint management within JIRA, including the adoption of best practice agile ways of working Facilitating workshops on processes, data and system requirements/solutions with working groups across regions. Taking ownership to regularly review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations relating to the proposed solution, throughout the lifecycle of the initiative Working with colleagues and third parties to explore and develop innovative new approaches and solutions Collaborating and building relationships with our key stakeholders - CPO, CPO Technology and Business Change Experience and Qualifications Required Significant Business Analysis experience, including process, system and data analysis / modelling Experience supporting the planning, designing and delivering change management on large programmes, ideally within an HR environment Confident & sufficiently assertive to be able to facilitate workshops, lead review sessions with stakeholders and co-ordinate the delivery of Proof of Concepts where needed. Excellent analytical and logical skills, particularly the ability to think through the impact of change Ability to understand and assimilate detailed complex issues and convey them in a manner that drives effective discussion and decision making. Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with experience of working across regions to develop and gain agreement to adopt new functionality, processes or ways of working.
