Digital Innovation Analyst

Want to play a key role in driving adoption of emerging digital technologies and open innovation in Novo Nordisk? Want to work in the definition of the building blocks of external collaborations with start-ups and other unconventional partnerships in digital healthcare?

We are looking for a profile able to evaluate start-ups, define business opportunities and build investment cases in the digital space. We are looking for flexibility and creativity to link opportunities and drive the maturation from ideas to successful pilots and from pilots to investment opportunities.

About the department

The Digital Innovation Hub India joins the growing list of innovation hubs within Novo Nordisk and part of Business Innovation Garage in our headquarters in Denmark. The Business Innovation Garage is a high growth unit in Novo Nordisk and part of Digital Incubator and Innovation area. The Digital Innovation Hub India acts as a catalyst by supporting teams spearheading digital transformation across the value chain and also have mechanisms in place to strengthen our regional teams in connecting effectively with start-ups and innovative players to drive change across healthcare.

Position

As an Innovation Hub Analyst you will be joining the Digital Innovation Hub India team in a fast-paced environment interacting with business units and startups.

• Actively scout start-ups through various channels, including online research, networking events, aEUR
• Screen, evaluate and select startups for future development in line with industry needs at a global scale.
• Support the Digital Innovation Hub in the organization and improvement of the databases and datasets.
• Capture learnings and share those learnings across the organization.
• Support the Digital Innovation Hub in organizing community and startups events.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience working in data management, innovation and start-ups.
• Relevant Bachelor/Master's degree in technology.
• should have a strong sense of data organisation and data value and be able to capture improvements of different tools used to report.

• Innovation track record with experience in start-up scouting and partnerships.
• Experience in organizing information and converting it in actionable results.
• Knowledge and passion for digital trends and technology, especially in digital health.
• Eagerness to be a part of building something new and challenge traditional methodologies.
