Job Summary

Key objective of this role is Tender Management for all logistic procurement categories (all aspects; set-up, Launch, RFQ rounds, Analysis and awarding process). Work closely with Logistics Category Manager in the execution of tenders for the categories such as Marine, Land transport warehousing etc. As owner of tender tool 'Coupa', contribute to optimal tender process and identify tender improvement opportunities outside tender period support category.



Support to the logistics procurement category managers with regional and global tenders for categories Marine, Land transport (FTL, LTL, Intermodal), Warehousing, Rail, and Barge. Owner of the tender process from tender set-up, launch, RFQs, analysis and awarding.

• Engagement in end-to-end procurement processes, and precise communication with internal business and technology stakeholders, external vendors is required
• Make sure that all tender tool features are being used
• Manage smooth execution of tender from technical point of view
• Support category manager with scenario analysis to optimize awarding
• Contribute to optimization of the overall tender process

Profile Description

• Must have strong knowledge of Coupa sourcing module (CSO)
• At least 3-5 years relevant work experience with tender tool (Must: Coupa CSO, nice to have: Jaggaer)
• Strong analytical skills (fair knowledge of Power BI / Tableau)
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate tender tool wording into business and align with global procurement colleagues
• Experience with project management
• Result oriented and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills - Fluent English must
