Country Manager with Fertilizer Company at East Africa
Company Profile: Our client has its business in East Africa of Mines and Fertilizer.
Job Profile:
1. Develop and implement a strategic plan for our operations in Kenya, in line with the company\'s overall objectives and goals.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Kenyan agriculture sector, including farmers, distributors, and government agencies.
3. Lead the sales and marketing efforts in Kenya, including identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies to increase revenue.
4. Ensure that all distribution and logistics operations are efficient and effective, and meet the needs of our customers.
5. Creating and managing the Kenyan team, providing leadership, support, and guidance to ensure that they meet their targets and perform to the best of their ability.
Desired Candidates: B. Sc (Agriculture or other related field) with 15-20 yrs. experience of which 10+ years experience in Sales, Business Development, Distribution and managing operations in any reputed fertilizer Company.
