Country Head - InsurTech Growth and Strategy Organization: Leading Insurance Experience: 11-16 Yrs Location: Mumbai Travel Required: Yes Desired Experience: Insurance, Strategy, Business, Processes, People Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Key leader in the assessment and implementation of development opportunities
• Working with the Executive team and leaders across corporate, accomplish quantifiable and qualitative analysis to provide comprehensive guidance and insights
• Partner closely with the InsurTech and Business management teams to enable the organization and drive the business stratagem
• Drive the end-to-end business strategy to deliver implausible customer experiences and empower success
• Align with Strategy, Product, Supply, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Revenue Optimization, and Brand Leadership to develop and implement a country wide insurance product strategy for profitable growth
• Amalgamation of products and services across all segments and platforms in country
• Ensure product delivery and implementation of the product's route to market across all channels, harmonized with the global business plans and revenue targets.
• Develop & implement an inclusive Business Plan covering all insurance activities based on business aims in orientation with global strategy
• Define framework and drive the strategic development process for the overall InsurTech business and partner with the Marketplace strategy leaders
• Build the groundwork for the strategic design through evaluating industry trends, competitor analysis, etc.
• Provide the Governance, Compliance and Risk Management supervision on both Product, Processes and Conduct of the business
• Safeguarding compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines
• Ensure a robust risk management, compliance and conduct model for the business according to local regulations and internal policies
• Coach direct reports/matrix reports and key talents to deliver on individual performance.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of the insurance industry
• Robust problem-resolution skills and aptitude to find imaginative solutions
• Have exceptional quantitative, logical and critical discerning skills and an aptitude to interpret metrics, research and trends into feasible strategies
• 10+ years’ of experience in strategy consulting and / or similar role
• Documented capability to lead in a matrix setting and ability to influence
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate sensitive matters and influence others, including experience communicating multifaceted information to senior management
• Able to see the 'big picture' and to efficiently prioritize and drive various developments
