Fashion TV Real Estate vertical in India is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Department (HOD) for Brand Licensing in the real estate sector. As a HOD, you will play a crucial role in attracting builders and developers in India to secure brand licensing partnerships with Fashion TV Real Estate. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading brands in the fashion and real estate industry. Company : Fashion TV Real Estate Salary Range : Up to 40 lakh Responsibilities : Develop and implement brand licensing strategies: Formulate effective strategies to attract builders and developers in India for brand licensing partnerships. Identify potential target companies and analyze their suitability for brand licensing collaborations. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within the real estate industry. Showcase the value proposition and benefits of brand licensing partnerships with Fashion TV Real Estate to potential clients. Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to raise brand awareness and establish the company as a preferred partner. Negotiate And Secure Brand Licensing Agreements Lead negotiations with builders and developers to finalize brand licensing agreements that align with Fashion TV Real Estate\'s objectives. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and financial terms. Monitor And Maintain Brand Standards Ensure that brand guidelines and standards are upheld by licensees, and take appropriate action in case of non-compliance. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure consistent brand representation across licensed projects. Provide Market Insights And Competitive Analysis Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the real estate industry. Analyze market data and provide regular reports to management, highlighting opportunities and potential risks. Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand licensing, real estate sales, business development, or a related role. Proven track record of successfully negotiating and securing brand licensing agreements. Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of the real estate industry in India, including knowledge of builders, developers, and industry trends. Familiarity with brand licensing practices, intellectual property rights, and licensing agreements. Excellent Communication Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of brand licensing partnerships. Networking And Relationship Building Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. We want a multi-city experienced candidature with an aggregator background who has a strong relationship with A Grade Developer & Builders where you have to look after new projects to provide brand licensing. Results-oriented Proactive and goal-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve targets and deliver results. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Flexibility And Adaptability Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
