Minimum Qualification
B.COM DIPLOMA
Cost Control: 1. TP distribution : TP obtained from Proposal & Estimation shall be analyzed for adequacy. Any deviation shall be identified & reported. 2. Cost Baseline preparation: Capturing detailed cost sheet for EPCIC Functions. 3. TP Management: Carving out contingencies & maintaining it 4. Monitoring & Reporting : Monitoring Planned Cost, Commitments, Actual Cost, Provisions, Estimating Future Cost heads and cost. Reporting at various frequencies like Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly 5. Budget Preparation : Annual Budget Preparation and controlling 6. Quarterly Project Valuation Reporting : Updating & reporting CV /CTC, Cash Flows 7. Variance Monitoring & Reporting : Any deviation shall be identified & monitored. Corrective actions for cost overrun 8. Claim Register : Populating & Maintaining claim register along with Contract Manager 9. Interacting with all disciplines for various Input & Outputs 10. SAP MM module knowledge 11 PS module network knowledge
