- Work towards grooming personality and improving communication skills of candidates.
- Complete all the modules on soft skills and confidence development.
- Create and maintain a Positive and Professional learning environment.
- Execute lessons efficiently using different styles of training depending on the content.
- Education qualification- Graduate / Postgraduate
- Experience in the relevant field, previous training experience is an added advantage
- Good communication & Interpersonal skills
- Eye for detail, strong intra-personal skills and analytical skills.
- Experience in Personality Development and Grooming Training preferred.
- Flexible shift
