This position entails creating training programs to address employee soft skill gaps. It involves preparing learning materials for those programs and conducting surveys to assess their effectiveness. Furthermore, the role includes training new recruits on basic etiquette, corporate manners, English speaking, reading, emailing, voice tone/accent in Sales, time management, planning, organizing skills etc., and getting them to Plantix standards before they begin work.

Roles & Responsibilities
As a Soft Skills/ English Trainer, you will be responsible for \xe2\x80\xa6
Responsible for leading new hires and ongoing soft skills and English training initiatives
Identifying training needs, structuring, planning and implementing Training programs, curating content and delivering to the standards of the organization
Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training content in terms of improvement opportunities
Maintaining Training Reports
Collaborate across all functions to ensure a conducive and productive learning culture
Auditing and monitoring calls/emails and sharing feedback to improve customer experience.
Presenting training sessions that are engaging and interactive to help participants retain information.
Conducting needs assessments to understand what employees already know and what they need to learn next.
Providing individualized instruction to employees who need help mastering new skills or improving existing skills in order to perform their jobs more effectively.
Creating resources to support learning objectives such as handouts, workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, videos, or podcasts.
Leading group discussions and providing guidance on effective communication skills to increase productivity and efficiency within a team or organization.
Conducting training sessions in person or online using web conferencing tools such as GoogleMeet.
Any additional project that the function would carry out would facilitate training and reskilling. This could change from quarter to quarter, like the development of e-learning modules, etc.
Sessions to help sales teams become better with language and soft skills.
Preparing and publishing Newsletters to drive a program.
Share daily, weekly and monthly reports with the stakeholders.
Education & Experiences
A Bachelor\'s degree in English Literature, English Language, Arts, or a similar stream is a must
A Master\'s degree in English literature/ Business Management would be a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in soft skills & English training is a must
Solid experience in presentation and delivery of content and the wisdom to engage all type of learners

Excellent communication skills -reading, emailing, speaking.
Good interpersonal and language skills
Understanding of different methods to teach English
