Ltd. is collaborating with Suresh Gyan Vihar University to recruit a dedicated and proficient Marketing Management & Soft Skills Faculty. This role involves delivering impactful education to students in the fields of marketing management and essential soft skills to prepare them for success in the corporate world. Responsibilities: Course Delivery: Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops on marketing management principles, strategies, and tactics. Additionally, teach essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, and leadership. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update course content that is current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards. Student Engagement: Foster an interactive and participatory learning environment by encouraging student involvement, facilitating discussions, and addressing queries related to marketing and soft skills. Practical Application: Provide real-world examples and case studies to illustrate marketing concepts and soft skills application, enabling students to bridge theory and practice.Assessment and Feedback: Design assessments, assignments, and projects to evaluate students\' comprehension and progress. Provide constructive feedback to aid their growthMentorship: Mentor students in their projects, presentations, and assignments related to marketing and soft skills. Offer guidance to enhance their professional development.Industry Interaction: Collaborate with industry experts to organize guest lectures, workshops, and networking sessions, giving students exposure to industry insights and trends.Research Contribution: Contribute to research initiatives in marketing management or soft skills development. Publish research findings, articles, or case studies in relevant platforms.Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest trends in marketing and soft skills. Attend seminars, workshops, and conferences to enhance your teaching techniques and subject knowledge. Qualifications: Master\'s or Ph.D. degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Relevant industry experience in marketing management or soft skills development. Previous teaching experience in an academic or corporate setting is advantageous. Strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and soft skills principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using technology for effective teaching delivery. Passion for education and a commitment to student success. Certification or training in soft skills development is a plus.
