You\xe2\x80\x99ll be our: Corporate Sales Manager You\xe2\x80\x99ll be based at : Zonal Offices You\xe2\x80\x99ll be aligned with : Lead Corporate Sales You\xe2\x80\x99ll be joining our : Sales Team What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do at Ather

  • Own the Business Development pipeline for the B2B and Corporate awareness business for Ather for the zone.
  • Work closely with Retail Partners and Zonal Sales Managers to plan and execute an effective B2B sales channel in the zone.
  • Work closely with Key Accounts, and Government agencies to generate and maintain a pipeline of orders.
  • Help the Org achieve monthly and quarterly Sales volumes targets via B2B channel.
  • Build effective relationships with external Partners to help build and curate Growth levers for business scale-up.
  • Own the relationship and process management for external partners, Retail Partners.
  • Own end-to-end execution of pilot and BAU projects for the zone.
  • Design and implement metrics to monitor the success of processes and projects, and refine the process flow based on actual on-ground feedback.
  • Initiate, structure, and negotiate high-impact strategic brand partnerships directly with E-commerce, OEM, and Offline partners.
  • Own analysis and evaluation of the current and potential projects.

  • Deep understanding of business and 3rd party management.
  • High level of analytic mindset to drive negotiations, partnership structures, etc.
  • Managing a team for day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Execution skills.
  • A self-starter and \xe2\x80\x98Owner\xe2\x80\x99 mentality.
  • Ability to work in a changing and ambiguous environment, with an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn.
  • A good understanding of automobiles and EV technology will be a definite plus.
  • Analyzing Information: Great problem solvers who bring in curiosity and a passion for deep-diving into and analyzing information from different sources.
  • Embracing change: Can cope with the uncertainty and ambiguity of a growth-driven organization.
  • Convincing People: Amazing negotiators and persuasive communicators who can adopt perspectives that suit the situation, while also standing for ideas that support the organization.
  • Hustle: A big part of the Growth function would be dealing with uncertainty and building things from scratch. The ability to hustle your way efficiently to drive business objectives is a plus.
  • Managing tasks: Multi-tasking wizards who know the importance of planning, prioritizing, and organizing before jumping to execution

What you bring to Ather
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, preferable from an Automotive, Technology, or Retail background.
  • A postgraduate degree in Business or an MBA from Tier1/Tier2 college
