Position Overview:

As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our corporate client base. Leveraging your exceptional sales skills and industry expertise, you will forge strategic partnerships with corporations of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, and position our job portal as the premier solution for their talent acquisition needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive corporate client acquisition and revenue growth, targeting businesses across various industries and geographies.

- Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects, conducting thorough research and analysis to understand their recruitment challenges and objectives.

- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including HR managers, talent acquisition leaders, and C-suite executives, to understand their hiring needs and position our job portal as their preferred recruitment solution.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet the unique needs of corporate clients and drive value for their organizations.

- Conduct engaging sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our job portal, highlighting our technology, data-driven insights, and global reach.

- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives while maximizing revenue opportunities.

- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue performance using CRM software, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate sales or business development roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.

- Demonstrated expertise in selling SaaS solutions, recruitment services, or related products to corporate clients, preferably within the HR or talent acquisition space.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers at all levels of an organization.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach and a focus on delivering exceptional value and service.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
